Yntunzy has developed this Privacy Policy to help you understand how Yntunzy collects, uses and discloses information Yntunzy may collect from you and/or your device (computer, phone or other mobile device), or that you may provide to Yntunzy, while using Yntunzy’s websites and apps, including mobile application Yntunzy solitaire and scanner,as well as www.yntunzy.com (collectively “Yntunzy Games” or “Yntunzy”).
Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information and data collected or received by Yntunzy through your use of Yntunzy Games. Yntunzy is not responsible for the actions of third-party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information or data you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. By using Yntunzy, you agree to how Yntunzy collects, uses and discloses information that is collected from you. If you are under 18 years old, you acknowledge that your legal guardian has consented to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use. If you, or your legal guardian do not accept or understand this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Yntunzy app.
Yntunzy may receive and store certain Personal Information and Non-Personal Information whenever you interact with Yntunzy. While you are able to visit Yntunzy and remain anonymous, Yntunzy and/or Yntunzy’s third-party service providers may still collect Non-Personal Information through technological means.
Information and Data We Collect from You
We may collect the following information and data from you:
- -Contact information (such as name and email address)

- Mobile device identifiers, such as your unique device ID (persistent/non-persistent, hardware type, medial access control (“MAC”) address, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), and your device name

- Precise geolocation information from your mobile device. Yntunzy does not ask you for, access, or track any location-based information at any time while downloading or using Yntunzy’s mobile applications.
- Analytics Game data (such as your interactions with the game, screen capturing, events from mobile devices, crash logs) Also, Yntunzy can collect any of this data using 3rd party services.
- Other Information. You may provide other Personal and Non-Personal information whenever you interact with the Yntunzy app, including, without limitation, when you search the Yntunzy app, participate in a contest, survey or questionnaire, place an order, or communicate with Yntunzy by phone, messengers or email.

Yntunzy has partners to perform services for us. These partners process your data only at and according to Yntunzy instructions to provide the Service, such as hosting, player support, advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

In order to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may exchange data with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests.

Our Service is global and your data can therefore be transferred to anywhere in the world. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Like most online services, we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to provide and personalize the Service, analyze use, target advertisements and prevent fraud. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Service may then not function properly.

Our Policy Regarding Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 13. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Yntunzy may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to information practices. If Yntunzy makes any material changes, Yntunzy will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on Yntunzy’s website, www.yntunzy.com prior to the change becoming effective. Yntunzy encourages you to review this page periodically for the latest information on its privacy practices. If Yntunzy makes material changes to how Personal Information collected from children underage 13 is used, Yntunzy will notify parents by email in order to obtain verifiable parental consent or, if Yntunzy does not have such emails to contact parents directly, by reasonable means on Yntunzy’s website for the new uses of the child’s Personal Information.
